If you’re in need of reputable tradesmen or domestic staff we can recommend or research suitable candidates making sure that any builders, window cleaners, carpenters, decorators, electricians, plasterers, plumbers and gardeners are of the highest standard. Quotes are compared beforehand too, which enables you to find the best deal in terms of price and quality.
Once you do employ a tradesman to work on renovating your home or garden, it’s important to monitor progress, which is why we will gladly oversee any work which is carried out from start to finish.

If for any reason you can’t be at home during the day we can be there for you to receive deliveries of important items (furniture, fittings and white goods) -– this is something we go out of our way to help you to achieve.
Additionally, if you’re away on a holiday or business trip we’ll help you to look after your home ensuring that everything stays secure, allowing you to put your worries to one side.

We can arrange viewings for the property you’re selling and can even attend the viewings should you require this. We can liaise with both estate agents and solicitors to help you successfully manage your move.
Finally we can assist by producing and posting “new address” cards to ensure that you don’t lose touch with any friends or contacts.

Whether you have a rental property, a vacant home or a second home, we can provide you with key holding services, property visits as often as you require, liaison with your Lettings Agent and the sourcing of cleaners and tradesmen to attend your property whilst you’re out of the country. If you’re going away on holiday or on a business trip you won’t have to worry about your home as we can check on your property, water your plants and even clear post from your doorstep or mailbox. We can also act as a point of contact while you’re away so that you can still receive deliveries on time and have essential home maintenance completed before you return from your trip.
